Coutinho Reveals Secret Behind Liverpool’s Attacking Success
Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho has revealed that the secret behind the Reds attacking power is their movement.
The Reds put six past Watford in a thrilling one-sided game at Anfield on Sunday to stay top of the Premier League with a single point. Coutinho who was also on the score-sheet has now said their movement has been pivotal to their goal-scoring prowess.
He said: ‘The manager asks us to move a lot and that’s what we tried to do in the game and create space for our team-mates,’
‘That’s what we tried to do today. We had a good win, it’s good for us and we are happy with that.
Jurgen Klopp’s men also broke a Premier League record by becoming the first side to record 17 shots in a match more than any other side since 2003/04.
Speaking after the match, Klopp expressed he is ‘really happy’ with their performance, he said: “It was a good performance. I’m happy. We had the biggest chances before we started scoring.”
‘There’s no pressure after 11 matchdays – absolutely no pressure.
